Call volume peaked in March 2026 and eased for four straight months through June, the close of the fiscal year. The referral mix shifted markedly over the year: self-referrals drove much of the mid-year growth, peaking at 108 in March, but fell to 16 by June — while calls from the Homeless Concern Line climbed for most of the year, reaching a high of 100 in May before easing slightly to 77 in June, ending the year as the single largest referral source. Housing and basic needs remain the top presenting issues.
